Orthoral Leamington Spa is a small private dental clinic in Augusta Place, Leamington Spa, CV32 5EL. The clinic specialises in orthodontics and oral surgery.

We are looking to recruit a professional and independent new team member. The role is a part-time receptionist/manager, based on experience, at our private specialist dental clinic in central Leamington Spa. The role is both a service and a development role, as the practice is undergoing a phase of expansion. The post-holder will be instrumental in helping in this growth, so the post will suit applicants with drive and a desire to develop business growth.
The job will span 3-4 days per week initially, and includes evening working, but no weekend work.

The responsibilities will include:
Staffing reception
Making and answering calls
Booking and amending patients appointments
Typing correspondence with referring practices etc.
Organising staff rotas
Handling email correspondence
Liaising with dentists, hospitals and other specialists regarding patient care, including information sharing (radiographs, models etc)
Ordering and management of stationery and administrative materials
Marketing of practice
Social media management
Business growth
Premises management (servicing equipment and maintenance schedules etc)
Invoicing patients
Activity reporting to Trusts etc
Reconciling income to each operator
Banking
Placing and handling orders, and settling supplier invoices
Undertaking and recording compliance tasks, in liaison with lead nurse
Maintenance of communal and admin. spaces, including cleaning, tidying and organising
Preparation of patient records (notes, models, radiographs etc.) for clinics

Part-time hours: up to 30 hours per week

We are delighted to announce that Dr Sian Mulligan will be starting with us at Orthoral Leamington Spa from December 2019. She will be coming to us primarily to grow our Invisalign offering.
Sian is already accredited as an Invisalign Platinum provider, and she has extensive experience in orthodontics, having worked exclusively in orthodontics in several specialist clinics in Coventry and Warwickshire for over ten years. Sian has a particular interest in early and teen treatment, as well as the more routine management of adults using the Invisalign appliance. Her techniques include the use of an Itero intra-oral scanner to provide a 3D image of your teeth from which we can create your bespoke treatment plan for improvement of your new smile.
