📢 Important Payment & Cancellation Notice
To all my valued clients,
Firstly, I would like to say a huge thank you for your continued support — it really is very much appreciated.
Going forward, I am introducing a small change to my payment policy. Unfortunately, due to recently having to spend an increasing amount of time chasing outstanding payments, all dental treatment will now need to be paid for at the time of the appointment.
Payment can be made by:
• Cash
• Card
• Bank transfer/BACS — provided the payment is made at the time of the appointment
Cancellation Policy
I have also made the decision to introduce a cancellation policy following a few recent occasions where appointments have been cancelled or changed at very short notice. Thankfully, this does not happen very often, and I am extremely grateful to the vast majority of my clients who are considerate when cancelling or rearranging appointments.
However, last-minute cancellations can be very disruptive to the business and to the organisation of my working week. Appointments are carefully scheduled, often around travelling between clients and different areas, and it can be extremely difficult to fill an appointment at such short notice.
I completely appreciate that unexpected circumstances do arise, and these will of course be treated with understanding and discretion. However, for other cancellations, a minimum of 12 hours’ notice will now be required.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full price of the appointment will be payable.
These measures are not intended to cause offence or inconvenience. They are simply being introduced to protect the time set aside for each client and to allow me to organise the business and my working week as fairly and efficiently as possible.
Thank you so much for your understanding, cooperation and, most importantly, your continued support. It really is appreciated.
