✨ A confident smile - inspired by her son’s results ✨

Sam came to see us after being thrilled with the results we achieved for her son with aligners - but she had her own concern… crowding of her lower front teeth 🦷

This is something we see very commonly, especially in adults. Lower incisor crowding can develop over time due to:
- Natural changes with age
- Lack of space in the jaw
- Changes in the gums, bone, and the forces acting on the teeth over time

We treated Sam using clear aligners, carefully planning her case to improve alignment while maintaining a healthy, balanced bite.

We corrected:
✅ Crowded lower front teeth
✅ Canines that were tipped forwards out of position
✅ Upper “butterfly incisors” — where the front teeth are angled outwards

✨ She didn’t like how her front teeth leaned backwards…

This teenage patient felt self-conscious about her upper front teeth sitting too far back, along with crowding of her upper and lower teeth.

In just 9 months with clear aligners, we:

✔️ Corrected her backward-tilted upper front teeth
✔️ Straightened her upper and lower teeth

💫 When One Tooth Changes the Whole Smile 💫

This patient came to us because one of her upper teeth was sitting behind the lower teeth when she bit together 🦷 — something we call a crossbite. Over time, this can affect both the bite and the overall balance of the smile.

We treated her with fixed braces, carefully planning each movement around her bite and facial harmony.

Here’s what we achieved:

✅ Brought the upper tooth out of crossbite so it now sits in the correct position
✅ Enhanced the projection and presence of her upper teeth for a more confident, balanced smile
✅ Reduced a deep bite (where the top teeth covered too much of the bottom teeth)
✅ Placed a bonded retainer behind the upper front teeth to help maintain the result long term 🔒💙
