Trainee Dental Nurse - Modern Apprenticeship

At Kinross Dental Care we are a warm, friendly team, looking for an apprentice to join us and be given training to become a registered dental nurse. (35 hours per week)
Duties will include:
Assisting the dentist with the care of the patient in the surgery
Preparing the surgery for dental procedures
Cleaning and decontaminating the dental equipment.
You will gain a recognised qualification SCQF Level 7 in dental nursing.
You must be committed to learning new skills on the job.
You need to be friendly, punctual, neatly presented and be able to speak politely to the patients and the team.
You must be willing to work towards gaining the qualification, by attending training courses, and completing coursework in your own time.
You will need a minimum of National 5 English and 1 science subject.
