🎃 This Halloween, enjoy the treats - but look after your teeth too!

It’s not just about how much sugar you have, but how often you have it. Frequent sugary snacks and drinks give your teeth more chances to come under attack.

🪥 Brush twice a day
💧 Rinse with water after sugary treats
🍬 Try to keep sugary treats to mealtimes rather than snacking on them throughout the day

A little wisdom can make a big difference to your smile. 🦷

This week’s Wisdom Wednesday.
