🎃👻 SAFE HALLOWEEN SNACKS FOR HEALTHY TEETH 🦷

As Halloween gets closer, it’s the perfect time to think about keeping little smiles healthy while still enjoying some spooky treats! 👻🍬

🍎 Fresh fruit
🥕 Crunchy vegetables
🧀 Cheese
🥜 Nuts
💧 Water

And when it comes to sweets, enjoy them in moderation and try to keep sugary treats to mealtimes. Don’t forget to brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste! 🪥✨

Have a happy (and healthy!) Halloween! 🎃

🦷 MYTH VS. FACT

Myth: “If my teeth don’t hurt, I don’t need to see a dentist.”

Fact: Many dental problems, including cavities and gum disease, can develop without causing any pain. Regular check-ups help us spot potential problems early, before they become more serious. 🪥✨

Don’t wait until something hurts — prevention is always better than cure.
