Patient Notice - Telephone System Upgrade

Our practice phone line is currently undergoing an essential upgrade. During this period, all incoming calls will be redirected through the Practice Manager’s mobile to ensure uninterrupted communication.

When leaving a message, you may be prompted to record it via the O2 voicemail system. This is a temporary measure, and your message will still reach the practice team.

To protect the privacy of the Practice Manager’s mobile number, all outgoing calls from the practice will appear as withheld.

Where possible, we will send a text message in advance to notify you that we will be calling.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete this upgrade.
