With our Dentally Patient Portal, you can manage more of your dental journey online, quickly and securely.

You can use it to:
• view upcoming appointments
• see your treatment plans
• pay for treatment online
• complete forms before your visit
• update your details securely
• book selected private appointments online

For many routine tasks, the portal is the quickest and easiest way to manage your details and appointments at a time that suits you.

Our practice is closed this morning for staff training as part of our move to our new practice management software. We will reopen at 1.30 pm today.

If you have a dental emergency, please call 07883 070274 and clearly leave your:
▫️Name
▫️Date of birth
▫️Contact number
▫️A brief description of your emergency

One of our team will return your call shortly after 12.30 pm.

Please note that, if you are asked to attend for an on-the-day emergency appointment, the emergency clinic will begin at 1.30 pm. You must only attend if you have been triaged and given an appointment.

For all non-urgent enquiries, please ☎️ call us when we reopen at 1.30 pm, 📧 email us at [email protected], or contact us 👩‍💻via our website.

❗️Important update for our patients❗️

As some of you may know from our newsletter, we are changing our practice management software from SOE to Dentally.

What this means for our patients:
▪️From 2.00 pm today, we will be unable to book, change or cancel appointments while our system migration takes place.

▪️The practice will be closed on Wednesday morning for team training. We will reopen from 1.30 pm and will then be able to help with appointments as normal.

Please bear with us during this changeover while we get used to the new system. We are making this move to improve the service and experience we provide for our patients.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us either before 12:30pm today or after 1.30 pm on Wednesday, when our team will be back online.

We will post a further update on Wednesday morning on Facebook for anyone who may need emergency dental advice while we are closed for training, so please keep an eye on this page.

Just a quick note to let our patients know that the practice will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday 28th April, from 8.45am to 1.30pm while our team completes annual medical emergency training. 🚑

If you need urgent dental advice during that time and cannot wait until we reopen at 1.30pm, please call 07883 070274 and clearly leave your:
• name
• date of birth
• contact number
• brief reason for your call

A member of our team will get back to you as soon as they can. 📞

🚨 Please do not attend the practice at 1.30pm unless you have first spoken to our team and been advised to come in.
All dental emergencies must be triaged first, and appointments will only be offered if one of our team has assessed your situation and asked you to attend our dedicated emergency zone. ⛔

💙 We wanted to share a quick update with patients of Rachael.

Rachael is currently recovering from a painful shoulder problem and, following medical advice, has reduced her working hours for the time being and limited some of the treatments she is able to carry out. We know this may be disappointing and inconvenient for some patients, and we are very sorry for any disruption caused.

Our team has been working hard to rearrange appointments where needed, and we will continue to keep affected patients updated. Unless you hear from us, your appointment remains unchanged. If any further changes are needed, we will be in touch as soon as possible.

If you need urgent treatment that cannot be postponed, we will do our very best to arrange for another dentist to see you. Please note that our dentists’ appointment books are very busy at the moment, so there may still be some delay.

Thank you for your patience, kindness and understanding while Rachael focuses on recovering properly.
