IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS

If YOU or ANYONE in your household has coronavirus please call to cancel your appointment.

Please wear a face covering while in the reception area.

There are no toilet facilities on site.

Your temperature will be taken before you go into surgery.

We are keeping these measures in place to keep our staff and patients as safe as possible to be able to keep providing the best care.

Impotant notice!

As of 19th of July the legal requirement to wear a face covering will have ended.

To ensure your safety, our team will continue to wear ppe and face covering as well as screening our patients before attending appointment at the practice.

We would ask that our patients continue to respect our Covid-19 safety precautions and continue to sanitise on entry and wear masks when in communal areas of our practice.

We are looking for a passionate and friendly qualified Dental Nurse to work in our busy nhs practice to cover maternity leave. This is will be a 3 day position, days to be discussed. Also be occasional reception work when needed.

Information for all patients,

We are open for urgent dental treatment only at this time so any severe toothache or facial swelling.

Routine check up appointments are not currently going ahead, we are hoping to start these in the new year. We will send out reminders back dated since February when we are able to do these.

If you do need to call for urgent dental treatment you will be booked in for a telephone consultation with the dentist first so she can triage patients as we are still limited to seeing 6 patients a day.

Please do not turn up to the practice to make appointments or to ask any questions as currently the practice door is locked for safety of staff and patients. Please call the practice if you need to make an appointment or if you have any concerns.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS.

we are happy to announce that we are now seeing patients face to face for emergency appointments only at this time.

At present if you do have toothache or swelling to please call the practice as normal from 9am where you will be triage by the dentist and if the dentist feels that she needs to see you, you will be offered appointment on the day or next day. unfortunately we cant offer loads of times so one time slot will be offered. Also we are limited to how many patients we can see a day.

We do have a list of patients that have called or been triage already by the dentist and we will be calling these patients over the next few days.

please beware that we are offering emergency treatment only at this time which means it might not be possible to do all treatment and the treatment we do might only be a temporary measure.

please be patient with us at this difficult time while we try and adapted to a new way of working

Important information for patients.

As per the government’s announcement yesterday dentists can re-open from the 8 June.

At this present time we are unsure when we will be re-opening for face to face appointments as we need to have appropriate safety measures in place for staff and patients.

So please bear with us at this difficult time while we try and sort everything out.

If you do call the practice and the member of staff doesn’t give the answer you like please don’t take it out on them, we are trying to get things back normal as quickly as we can.

Once we have more information we will update this page.

Please be advised we are not seeing patients face to face at this stage of pandemic. If you need emergency advice, please call us and we will book you for the phone consultation with our dentist.

Important notice to all patients.

As we have said before we are following the government guidelines closely to protect our staff and patients at this difficult time.

With having said that we are very LIMITED on what we can do now. We are having to call patients and cancel any non urgent appointments.

We please ask you to bear with us at this difficult time. If we do have to reschedule your appointment its not because we want to its because we have to so please don't take it out on the member of the dental team that phones you.

We are here if you need URGENT treatment for example any severe toothache or facial swelling. Please only make an appointment if its really necessary.

Please do not turn up to the practice unless you have an appointment. If you have any questions or want to book an appointment please call the practice.

If you do have an appointment please turn up at the appointment time and that you don't bring anyone with you.

Important notice!

We have been monitoring the government guidelines on how we are to work for the safety of our patients and staff.

We will be working but we are limited on what we can do. This may mean we might need to rearrange some appointments.

We have been instructed if your 70 and over, classed as high risk or pregnant not to come to the surgery unless you need urgent dental treatment.

We also asked that you come to the practice at your appointment time and that you come on your own to minimize risk to other patients and staff.

If you have a family appointment booked we will be asking for 1 adult and child in the practice at a time other members will need to stay outside/ in cars.

We are very busy at this time on the phone so please bear with us at this difficult time.

If you have any symptoms of new contentious cough or high temperature or unwell to please stay at home and do not come to the practice.

We are here if you need urgent dental care.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Unfortunately the practice will be closed on Thursday 19th and Friday 20th March.

We have started to call patients who have appointments booked with us on these dates. If you haven't heard from us and have an appointment on either days please call the practice as some telephone numbers are not up to date.

If you need urgent care on either of these days please call the practice as normal as there will be a message on who to call.

We should be operating as normal on Monday 23rd. We are also open tomorrow 18th March as normal.

A message for our patients.

At this time we are open as normal but we would please ask if you have any cold like symptoms to please call the practice and rearrange your appointment as the health and well being of our patients and staff is important to us.

We also ask if you have travelled to any of the countries affected including Italy, China, Spain, Germany, France to please call and rearrange your appointment.

Also if you have an appointment booked and wish not to come to the surgery please call and let us know so we can allocate this to another patient please dont just not turn up.
