Does brushing harder clean teeth better? 😁

No!

Brushing too hard can actually damage your gums and enamel and lead to gum recession.

Instead use a soft-bristled brush, in a gentle, circular motion - this cleans properly while avoiding unnecessary pressure and damage to your gumline. 🦷
