‼️A gentle reminder about our parking permits‼️
We just wanted to pop on here with a friendly reminder about returning parking permits after your appointment.
We've had a few recent occasions where permits have accidentally been taken home, and while we completely understand that it can be an easy mistake, it does cause us quite a bit of work behind the scenes.
We often spend hours checking CCTV trying to track them down (not exactly how we planned to spend our afternoons!), and it also means that with a limited number of permits available, other patients may miss out on parking when they need it.
On a lighter note... we've genuinely started wondering if we need to put them in a giant picture frame with a big sign saying "Please don't take me home!" — although at this point were half convinced someone would still manage to drive away with it
To help us keep things running smoothly, we ve introduced a simple system!
🦷If you would like to use a parking permit, we kindly ask that you leave a valuable item at reception as a temporary deposit (such as photo ID, car keys, debit card, or another valuable item)
🦷This will be safely returned to you when the permit is handed back at reception
Please also note that if a permit is taken and not returned on the same day, a charge of 150 per day will apply until it is returned.
