Highland Orthodontics was opened in 2007 by Specialist Orthodontist, Christopher Buchanan BDS, MFDS.

Highland Orthodontics treat NHS and private patients from the Highlands & Islands and the Moray and surrounding areas. Highland Orthodontics was established in 2005 by Specialist Orthodontist, Christopher Buchanan BDS, MFDS, MOrth. In 2007 Chris opened the custom built practice on Kenneth Street in Inverness offering both private and NHS treatment to patients requiring orthodontic treatment. Using

state-of-the-art technology and a fully computerised practice management system in a modern, spacious environment we aim to ensure that your visits to our practice are as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our digital x-ray equipment allows images to be viewed immediately at chair side. All our staff keep up-to-date with the latest developments in orthodontics, and regularly attend courses to continually offer our patients the newest treatments available and the highest quality of service. We offer our private patients treatments using metal fixed braces, Radiance - fixed clear ceramic braces, Iconix- elegant metal braces in a champagne colour and Invisalign aligner technology.

Today we say a heartfelt goodbye to our much-loved team member Lynsey, who is moving on to an exciting new chapter after nearly 7 years with us.

Lynsey first joined our Specialist Practice in 2018 as our receptionist, and through her passion, creativity, and dedication, she grew into the role of Digital Content and Marketing Officer. Lynsey has brought energy, warmth, and sparkle to everything she touched (and usually with a funky soundtrack too 🎧✨).

Yesterday, the Highland Orthodontics team dedicated a full day to learning and development!

We kicked off the morning at Eden Court with an insightful session led by David Jack from Ascend HR. His expertise in communication is truly inspiring! ✨

After lunch, we returned back to Highland Ortho HQ for a productive staff meeting and an afternoon of team discussions and training. It was a fantastic day of growth and collaboration for all! 👏
