Big week at Ness Bank this week as Jonathan finished up at the practice to go on and enjoy his early retirement - or at least retirement from the dental field. The outpouring of good wishes from patients reflects how highly regarded he is, a sentiment echoed by staff past and present. We all wish you all the best JR and look forward to hearing what you get up to next!

We did it! What a fabulous event and an incredible amount raised with our current total at £658.04! Many thanks to all our generous sponsors, all for a great cause of Cancer Research.

This time next week team Ness Bank will (hopefully!) have finished the Race for Life. We’ve been training well and have already smashed our fundraising target but every little helps keep those legs moving!

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work.

Some of the Ness Bank team are lacing up their running shoes and taking part in the Cancer Research Race for Life this May. If you would like to help us raise money towards a fantastic cause any donations would be very graciously received. Thanks!

And that’s us shut for routine appointments until next year when we reopen on the 5th of January - thank you to all our patients and wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas! For information on how to access emergency care please listen to the voicemail on the practice phone. This will guide you where to contact.

Last week we had our annual wreath making evening at the practice - a wholesome fun evening which is one of the things I really look forward to in the run up to Christmas - and aren’t the end results fantastic?

It’s Dental Nurse Day! While we hope all our nursing team are enjoying their well earned weekend we don’t want to miss marking the day and expressing our thanks for all they do. We might need to celebrate with cake next week…sugar free of course!
