Water is always the best choice to keep your smile healthy and your body hydrated. For sugary or acidic drinks, using a straw can help protect your teeth. However, we recommend trying to avoid sugary and acidic drinks as best you can.

It’s also a good idea to enjoy other drinks mainly at mealtimes rather than sipping all day, and while kids do need milk, keeping it to mealtimes helps protect their developing teeth too.
