DIGITAL ALLOWS YOU TO THINK AND ACT LIGHTNING FAST ⚡️

So. We’ve all been there. Emergency appointment last thing on a Friday…

A young patient’s mother messaged me that her daughter has chipped her tooth an hour before end of clinic.

I tell her to be at the practice at 1.40pm at the latest. Straight after the call I 3D print the scans from her initial presentation (before the fracture). With these I have the lab make a whitening tray.

The following workflow unfolds:

DIGITALLY LED BONDING.
1. Scans.
2. 3D printer.
3. Stent.
4. Separator.
5. Teflon.
6. Etch and bond.
7. Composite in stent (like an attachment template).
8. Remove stent and Teflon.
9. Minimal finishing.
10. One happy patient. 😁

I am excited to announce the launch of the iTero Professionals Network, a private Facebook Group for dental professionals in the UK & Ireland region, for which I have been asked to be a key contributor alongside Dr George Cheetham.

Through survey feedback iTero found that their customers would like more insights on using the iTero scanners, especially from your peers, to help expand your expertise in digital dentistry and to grow your practice.

👉🏼 This community will be primarily about peer-to-peer discussions and sharing of best practices, tips, and tricks.
👉🏼 Align Technology employees will manage and moderate the group in a supportive role and provide information on regional events and training relevant to you.
