🚧 Important Travel Update for Patients 🚧

Please be aware that road resurfacing works will be taking place on the A636 Wakefield Road between Scissett and Clayton West from May through to August.

🕤 Working hours: 9:30am – 3:30pm

During these times, delays are expected. To help ensure you arrive on time for your appointment, we kindly advise allowing extra travel time when planning your journey.

We will always try to accommodate patients where possible; however, late arrivals may result in appointments needing to be rebooked.

Please also note that our practice policy on short-notice cancellations and failed-to-attend appointments may be enforced and is at the descretion of the clinician.

Please be aware that road resurfacing works will be taking place on the A636 Wakefield Road between Scissett and Clayton West from May through to August.

Farewell to Madds 😭

After an incredible 37 years plus at Scissett Dental Practice, today we say a heartfelt farewell to our wonderful colleague and friend, Madeliene 💙

Madds has been the heart of our team for nearly four decades—bringing kindness, dedication, and a reassuring smile to generations of patients. Her care, professionalism, and warmth have made a lasting impact on everyone who has had the pleasure of working with her or being in her chair.

It’s hard to imagine the practice without her, but we are so excited for her as she begins this new chapter of well-earned retirement.

Madds, thank you for everything you’ve given over the years—you will be truly missed, but never forgotten. Wishing you many happy, relaxing, and adventure-filled days and years ahead!

With an incredible 26 years of experience in the dental industry, Aimee brings a wealth of knowledge, having worked alongside leading specialists and consultants. She plays a key role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and compliance.

Aimee is also an Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner and Skin Specialist, offering treatments such as anti-wrinkle treatments, skin boosters, dermal fillers, and more.

You’ll often still see Aimee in surgery too – she loves being hands-on and supporting our clinicians and patients every day 💙

Heather is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. She loves supporting patients on their oral health journey and making every visit a positive experience.
