*a qualified dental nurse (£9.25 ph upwards)

Here at Valley Dentalcare we understand the stresses the last year has brought to the fore.
So in stressful times, a lot of people seem to be clenching or grinding their teeth. A great way to relieve the stress of a painful jaw is to try jaw exercises. A great illustration is the link below. Stay safe and hopefully stress free!

If you have a TMJ disorder, it may be beneficial to do exercises that work out your temporomandibular joints. This may help ease pain and lessen symptoms.

New fans installed to keep you and us safe!
We are ready to try to resume to some level of 'normal' service whilst still making sure that we take on board the advice from Public Health England. Although we have been working in surgery throughout the pandemic, we opened to patients as soon as we were allowed by the Government in June.
Please be patient.. we still have a lot of emergency work to catch up with, both for our own patients, and those who are in our area suffering pain.

Building works.
Please be patient whilst we perform some minor building works at the practice. We are installing extraction devices in the surgery to make sure we keep all patients and staff as safe as possible.
We remain open and continue to see as many patients as possible to try to get people out of pain.

Dental Hygiene finally available. For those of you who have pre booked appointments .. we are now (very slowly due to social distancing) managing to get patients seen for hygiene appointments. If you don’t have an appointment yet.. feel free to call for an appointment.

Getting back to some sort of normal is never easy! Please bear with us as we have become incredibly busy and are still trying to help not just our own patients, but those who have emergencies who are unable to get an appointment anywhere else!
We thank all of our regular patients for their understanding at this strange time !🙏

The practice looks very different .. don’t be alarmed. Currently we have limited seats to ensure we follow the government guidelines on social distancing. Remember we are infection control savvy and have been keeping you safe for over 20years!
