Fitz enjoying a ride out today 🥰
I recently put a post up welcoming Fitz to our sales livery, we’ve had lots of lovely comments and messages asking for more information about him.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to reply to everybody individually when a horse has only just arrived and we’re still getting to know them, but I do appreciate all the interest.
Fitz is 16hh 9yr old TB x Cob gelding who has been very much loved and incredibly well looked after by his owner.
He’s only been with us for a few days but has settled in beautifully.
His owner has spent the last couple of years enjoying pleasure rides and horsey holidays with him, and he’s certainly had a lovely, varied life. (His full history is also known as he previously belonged to a friend of hers)
He’s also been regularly ridden by a 15yr old girl who borrowed him for Pony Club activities, which they both enjoyed.
He absolutely loves his jumping, is happy going through water, over ditches and opening gates, and is apparently just as happy leading the way as he is bringing up the rear. He’s also done some schooling and has previously been placed at prelim dressage.
He’s used to travelling out to different venues, is good in traffic and has been around plenty of livestock. He’s also a very affectionate boy who loves attention and a good groom.
His owner has made the very difficult decision to sell him due to family commitments and simply not having the time she feels he deserves.
Please do keep an eye on the page for further updates. I will post when he is ready to be advertised properly.
Please note Fitz will be priced in the higher 4 figures
