🦠 23/02/22 - Coronavirus Update 🦠

With Covid restrictions coming to an end starting from tomorrow, we have been advised by NHS England & the Chief Dental Officer to continue to follow our 'Standard Operating Procedures' until further dental-specific guidance is issued.

Therefore please...
1) Complete your Covid-19 screening forms before attending your appointment. If any of your answers are 'Yes' please give our reception team a call on 01432 357717.
2) Continue to wear a mask during your visit, we can provide one for you if you forget yours.
3) Rebook any routine appointments if you are showing any cold or Covid symptoms.

21/02/22 UPDATE - Our front entrance is now back open to patients woohoo! 😁 Disabled access is still available via the back entrance.

Now that we have got rid of our concierge on the back door, we are asking patients to:

💚 Complete our Covid screening form via email or telephone prior to your appointment. If any of your answers are 'yes' or you are unsure of something, then please give our Reception team a call.

💚 Continue wearing a mask (unless exempt) when entering and walking around the practice. Masks can be provided if you forget yours.

💚 Upon arrival please make your way to Reception to check in before taking a seat in the waiting room. A member of staff will double check that you have completed our Covid screening form but if not then they will go through the questions at the desk 😊
