At Broad Street Dental Surgery we are very happy to introduce our new associate dentist Mei. Mei will be accepting new patients both Private and Denplan and will be adding some great skills to our exceptional team.
Here’s a little bit about Mei:
Mei graduated with honours from King’s College London in 2019. Mei began her career as a general dentist in Portsmouth before expanding her clinical experience through roles in hospital dentistry. Over the next two years, Mei worked at the University Dental Hospital of Manchester, Aintree University Hospital, and Alder Hey
Children’s Hospital, gaining extensive exposure to a wide range of complex paediatric and maxillofacial cases. During her hospital placements, Mei contributed to several audits, posters, and publications, demonstrating her commitment to clinical excellence and evidence-based practice. She was awarded her MFDS postgraduate qualification in 2021.
Since returning to general dentistry, Mei has continued to provide high-quality, patient-centred care. Mei has a particular interest in orthodontics and aesthetic dentistry, and is dedicated to continually advancing her skills in smile alignment and cosmetic dental treatment. In 2025, Mei further broadened her experience by working in community dentistry, where she provided urgent dental care services to
patients.
Outside of dentistry, Mei is passionate about travelling. She finds exploring new places to be one of the best ways to unwind, gain fresh perspectives, and experience the world’s diversity.
