COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

Mallards Dental Practice follows all COVID-19 safety protocols advised for the UK. For our team, that involves face shields, masks, sanitizer, and temperature checks every day.

Your appointment day: Patients must wear masks, sanitize hands at arrival, get temperature checks and screening, and complete a wellness/health history form. NOTE: If you or a member of your household is unwell with symptoms of Covid -19, please do not come to the practice; stay at home and follow NHS guidance.

On Arrival: Please call the practice and wait outside until you are called to enter. We want to have as few people as possible in reception/waiting area at any one time, for your safety. Our receptionist will instruct you on protocols to follow when in the practice.

Our goal is to keep our patients safe and healthy. With these measures in place, you can feel very comfortable getting the dental exams and treatments you require. Your dental health is very closely tied to overall health, so please don't avoid your regular checkups. We will help you stay safe!
