June has seen the highest failed appointments since 2024 🤯

If you've tried to book an appointment recently, you'll appreciate the practice is busy and waiting times are long.

It is unsustainable to lose nearly 18 hours a month clinical time when media reports "half the country can't see an NHS dentist", not to mention disheartening for the team who are ready and waiting to see their patients.

For context, this loss of time equates to 53 new NHS patients welcomed to the practice, or the same number in emergency appointments.

If you're no longer able to attend, PLEASE cancel your appointment.
