Don't rinse your toothpaste away! 👎🏼

When should you whiten? 🤔
 For most people, a top-up every few months is enough to maintain their whitening shade.  You can top-up more often if you want to! Most people don’t know they have gum disease! 🤯

If you’ve got any of these symptoms it could be a sign you have gum disease which can lead to lots of other problems including tooth loss 😕

Gum disease also allows the spread of bacteria throughout the bloodstream and can impact your other organs including your heart and your brain 🧠

A dental professional can tell you if you have gum disease and show you ways to treat it so it’s super important to come for regular dental visits👩🏼‍⚕️✨

Do you get nervous about dental visits? 😕

Dental anxiety is really common and people get nervous for lots of different reasons.

We want you to have a positive experience so if you’re worried about anything then let your dental professional know - we can do things differently to make you more comfortable 🤗

Here are a few things I usually mention to patients who are nervous about a dental visit:

• You are in control! You can stop us any time by raising your hand ✋🏼
• We can talk you through everything as we go along, if that helps you, so there are no surprises 😄
• We can change our treatment approach to suit your preference. If certain noises or sensations make you anxious then we can avoid them🤫
 Patients find that the experience is so much better than they had expected and have returned for their next appointment feeling much more relaxed🧘🏼

Sometimes showing up to your dental appointment can be the hardest part so if there’s any questions you want answered before you come in then get in touch! 💪🏼
