Single Tooth Implant Case - incredible labwork from Deniz Osmanov as always. Delayed placement with delayed loading strategy using straumann BLX implant and tac fixation guided bone regeneration. Managed to bulk up the tissues and get a level gingival zenith on the implant crown to match the adjacent central incisor.

Patient came in with a broken central tooth and wanting a makeover on his front four teeth. The broken central was removed and temporaries were placed. Three months later a straumann BLX implant was placed with Tac fixation guided bone regeneration. This was to help bulk up the tissues to keep the crown lengths similar. Fantastic work from to restore the case. Apologies for lack of pre op photo!
