6 months to complete this smile transformation! The patient was so happy with the results! Old crowns switched for new crowns with a gum lift and an Implant!

For the Dentists-
The patient had eight old metal porcelain crowns that were encroaching on the biological width causing gingival irritation and bleeding.

A digitally designed mockup was used to create the Temporary crowns and a crown lengthening guide.

The old crowns and a fractured lateral tooth were then removed, with simultaneous crown lengthening and placement of temporary crowns with a more aesthetic crown height/ width ratio.

Once the extraction site had healed, a Straumann BLX implant was placed. Guided bone regeneration was completed using Bio oss collagen block and Bio guide membrane using tac fixation. The combination of the bio material and fixation were to prevent volume loss.

New Zirconia crowns were made by the talented using the incredible GC SQIN layering technique to achieve natural results.
