Neither is being stressed 24/7.

A lot of people have become so used to functioning in survival mode that deep relaxation now feels unfamiliar.

Which is probably why so many people leave reflexology appointments and suddenly feel emotional, sleepy or completely switched off.

And saying “I’m fine” with the emotional composure of somebody whose screen time report should probably be treated as a cry for help is no longer convincing anybody.
