A little time away from the practice for learning 💙

Kiara and Chelsea attended the Managers Workshop with Justin Leigh, alongside Chris Barrow , this week! It was a lovely chance to step back from the day-to-day, share ideas with other practices and think about how we can keep supporting our team at Rectory House.

We came away with plenty to talk about — especially around communication, coaching and making sure everyone feels confident in what they do. Thanks to Justin and Chris for a really worthwhile day!

Before treatment, one of the upper teeth sat out of line, and the lower front teeth were crowded. In the after photo, you can see how the upper tooth has moved into place and the lower teeth sit more evenly too.
