Assessor qualified The client agrees to pay my hourly charge.The client will be invoiced on a weekly basis and payment is due within 14 days of delivery of the invoice. In the event that payment is not made within that period I reserve the right to charge interest at the rate of 4% per a
nnum above the base rate for the time being of the Bank of England until payment is made. At the end of each week or such shorter period I am employed, the Client, if requested, shall sign the time sheet confirming the hours worked by me during that week or shorter period. Signature of the time sheet by the client signifies satisfaction with my services, as well as the number of hours worked but the failure to sign the timesheet does not excuse payment of my charges in respect of the hours worked. The client must provide proper supervision, direction and control at all times and comply in all respects with all statutory codes of practice regulations and other legal requirements in relation to the clients' practice. The client must maintain proper employers and public liability insurance cover for me,the temporary dental nurse. The client undertakes to supply any relevant information in relation to Working Time Regulations and any other associated legislation and not to do anything or omit to do anything to cause breach of such regulations. If my booking with the client is cancelled within 24 hours before work is due to commence then the client will pay a sum equivalent to 4 hours charges.
