Please allow enough time to travel to your appointment during COP 26.

If you are running late please call to let us know. We will try to accommodate, however due to the restrictions still in place we may have to reappoint.

If you cant make your appointment for any reason please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel.

Please Read

We are extremely busy at the moment and have limited slots to carry out treatment.

Too many patients are not turning up for their appointments.

Last week alone 3 hours were wasted with no shows.

We understand sometimes it is not possible to attend but please give us notice and cancel if you can’t attend. If you cancel the appointment someone else can be given the appointment.

We are working hard to clear our waiting list however this will be 10 times harder if patients don’t turn up.
