A little reminder from the team at Stepps Ahead Dental Care🦷

😔Following on from our previous post, throughout August alone, we have lost 20 HOURS of valuable surgery time due to patients not attending their appointments or cancelling at short notice.

🗓This time could have been offered to other patients who are waiting to be seen for an appointment.

⏰If your appointment is on a MONDAY, we need to know by FRIDAY.
Our practice is closed over the weekend, so unfortunately, a cancellation on Saturday or Sunday is still considered short notice.

💙We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We really appreciate that sometimes emergencies happen and circumstances are out of your control. ❤️ This is simply a reminder to please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

⭐MEET THE TEAM⭐

We would like to introduce Rachel our newly qualified dental nurse who has quickly become a valued member of our team. Rachel is always keen to develop her skills and further her knowledge. She is friendly, hardworking, and passionate about providing the highest standard of care to every patient.

Although she has only been with the practice for just under two years, Rachel has settled in wonderfully. Her caring personality, positive attitude, and willingness to support both patients and colleagues have made her a fantastic addition to the team.

When she's not at work, Rachel enjoys going for runs with her two dogs, Finn and Charlie, who keep life fun and full of adventure. She also loves spending quality time with her family, going on holiday, shopping, and enjoying meals out with a glass of w**e.
