Meet Paula, our Practice Manager ✨

Paula joined The Berkeley Clinic in 2020 as a qualified dental nurse. Since then, she has progressed within the clinic, becoming Head Nurse in 2023 before stepping into her current role as Practice Manager in 2025 ❤️

Paula helps keep the day-to-day running of the clinic organised, supporting the team, coordinating diaries and generally making sure everything (and everyone 😂) is where it needs to be.

Outside of work, Paula loves an iced coffee, keeping fit and a good night out ☕️

Keeping our skills sharp 🩺🚨

On Friday, our team completed CPR training, refreshing our knowledge and confidence in managing medical emergencies within the dental setting.

We also revisited our emergency drugs and protocols, as well as sedation emergencies, ensuring the whole team knows how to respond quickly and effectively when it matters most.

Regular training is an important part of keeping our patients safe and making sure our team is always prepared 🦷🩵
