‼️‼️ Please allow plenty of time when travelling to your appointment. Due to closures in the area following the Union Street fire, several footpaths have been cordoned off and you may need to follow alternative routes to reach the building. This may take longer than usual.

We understand that this may be frustrating and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

‼️Practice Update – Reopening Notice ‼️

We are pleased to confirm that the practice will be reopening Wednesday the 11th March.

Before reopening, the premises will undergo a full deep clean to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.

Please bear with us as we work through two days’ worth of appointments that were affected. Our team will be doing their best to rebook patients as quickly as possible, and we will also be running additional clinics to ensure everyone who was impacted can be seen.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time. Please also remember to be kind to our reception staff, who are working hard to manage the high volume of appointments.

If possible, please limit phone calls unless it is an emergency, as this will help us rebook patients more efficiently.

Due to the ongoing fire incident and emergency service cordons around Glasgow Central and the surrounding streets, access to our building at Sterling House, 20 Renfield Street is currently restricted.

Unfortunately, this means we must cancel all patient appointments today for the safety of both our patients and staff.

Our team will be contacting affected patients to rearrange appointments as soon as possible.

❌❌❌ If you are attending the practice for an appointment we have had to evacuate due to a fire alarm in the building. We have been told by the fire brigade we may be out here for hours. Please note that there will be an extreme backlog of patients therefor you may experience hour long waits when we eventually get back into the building.

We advise where possible please do not attend your appointment and we will get you rescheduled and in as soon as we can for the inconvenience. ❌ ❌❌

Listen to our amazing nurse Lynsey and purchase a spare set of retainers 🦷

It’s so common for your retainer to get lost, chewed by pets or binned in restaurants because they are clear and almost invisible. 🫥

When this happens you risk the chances of your teeth moving back to pre treatment positions. If you purchase a spare set of retainers at your brace off appointment your covered if anything happens to your original set !

All you need to do is let us know at your appointment and we can order a spare set or call us and we can ask the lab to make a set from your final scan.
