Hi Everyone ☺️

Just a wee update to what is happening just now at the practice. Unfortunately we are under a lot of pressure just now due to Covid restrictions, being understaffed and staff being off with Covid and illness etc. We are only a 2 surgery practice and are trying our very best to accommodate everyone for appointments while also fitting in patients for emergencies while working under Covid guidelines.

As I mentioned we have had people off sick resulting in us having to cancel appointments that have been booked well in advance. We are very sorry about this as we understand it is frustrating, however there is nothing we can do about this just now. If you have had to be cancelled and moved to a much later appointment we do ask if you are in pain of have any concerns to call us and we will see you sooner to deal with the pain.

Again we do understand how frustrating it is 😖😖and we ask if our patients could also try and be understanding of the situation. We will not tolerate patients being rude to staff when we are trying our best to work under very stressful conditions.

We hope everyone has a lovely Christmas 🎄 and New Year 🥂 and hopefully next year will be much better!!
