Replacing a missing tooth with a dental implant as part of the final stage of this lovely’s patient’s wedding smile makeover, who travelled from Edinburgh for treatment ❤️

Treatment consisted of periodontal/ gum care by our hygiene therapists, followed by upper ceramic crowns, bridge and implant crown. Smile to be completed with a splint/ retainer to wear at night to protect the teeth from clenching/ grinding.

For this patient, the missing UL1 was replaced with a dental implant, complemented by a bone graft to carefully rebuild the foundation and create the ideal environment for implant placement.

Freshly fitted full upper arch with emax porcelain crowns and veneers to protect the back teeth, raise the bite, widen the smile (improve buccal corridors/ side profile) and of course enhance the appearance of our patient’s front teeth. Treatment will be completed with a night-time retainer/ splint to protect the investment 😅. Gums will heal with time and meticulous oral hygiene at home. Wishing our lovely patient a safe trip back to London and many years of a beautiful smile ahead 😁🙏
