Open water may look calm, but it can change in seconds. 🌊🏊🏾‍♂️ Our open-water coach, Dr Timi, makes it look easy—but safe swimming takes preparation, experience and awareness.

With another heatwave on the way, seek guidance from a qualified coach before swimming, and always check the latest conditions, including water temperature, currents, depth and visibility. ⚠️

Enjoy the water. Respect the water. Swim safely.

Another SmileWhite Night For The Incredible Dr. Giulia

16/08/2026

At the end of each year, when a Foundation Dentist gives me a gift in appreciation for being their Educational Supervisor, I am always humbled.

After 13 years of mentoring Foundation Dentists, every gift is treasured — not for its material value, but for what it represents: the privilege of positively impacting a colleague’s life, professionally and personally.

These two from AK and RF are my top 2 gifts .

The greatest reward of education and mentorship is seeing others grow, flourish and eventually inspire the next generation. 🙏🏾
