Dear patients - our internet has been down since yesterday and we are unable to make telephone calls, receive telephone calls, retrieve voice messages, receive or send emails, send out text messages - We are very sorry about this and out IT provider is trying to rectify the issue. We were hoping to be back online today. Our Heaton Practice are unable to access the Low Fell Appointments but if you wish to cancel your appointment please email [email protected] and they will make a note of it - if you need an urgent appointment please call 01912655414 and we will liaise with the Low Fell staff accordingly. We are looking for Part-Time Cleaner to join our team - it would be Monday to Friday or Tuesday To Sat to commence as soon as possible. 1 hour a day to begin from 6am-7am or after hours, 6.30pm-7.30pm or other options are available and can be discussed with the Practice Manager. 🌼 Bank Holiday Closures – Easter Weekend 🌼
Please note that we will be closed over the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend on the following dates:
• Friday 3rd April 2026 – Closed
• Saturday 4th April 2026 – Closed
• Monday 6th April 2026 – Closed
In an emergency only (Pain, Bleeding, or Swelling), please telephone 111, the 24/7 urgent care healthcare advice service.
Calls to 111 from mobiles and landlines are free.
We will re-open as normal on Tuesday 7th April 2026.

NOTICE to all of our patients:

We kindly ask all patients to be respectful of our neighbours when parking near the practice. Some local residents require clear access to their homes due to mobility needs and ongoing medical requirements.

Please take a moment to think about where you park when attending your appointment.

We do have a car park available for patient use. Although staff vehicles are also parked there, you are welcome to use the space as long as you do not block any other cars in. We also ask that you keep the ramp access by the fire door clear at all times, as several of our patients rely on this for safe entry.

Due to exceptionally high demand, we have closed our books to new NHS patients and will be offering the option to join a waiting-list to join as a new patient.
