A few years ago, this patient came to us with several loose teeth.

She had been wearing an upper denture for some time and after her remaining lower teeth were extracted, she was provided with dentures for both arches.

Over time, she found the dentures increasingly difficult to wear and struggled to adapt to them.

She wanted to explore a more secure, lasting option.

After discussing her choices, we restored her smile with All-on-4 dental implant bridges.

She was delighted with the result and especially happy to enjoy her smile without needing to wear dentures. 😁

This gentleman came to see us after struggling with dentures for several years.

Despite his efforts, he had never been able to get on with them and had previously been told that he had very little soft bone, making him unsuitable for dental implants.

After a full assessment and 3D CT scans, we found that there was sufficient bone to offer him a fixed solution with All‑on‑X implant bridges.

Understandably, he was extremely anxious about dental treatment following some difficult experiences in the past.

We therefore carried out the surgical stage under sedation, placed his implants, and fitted a fixed set of temporary teeth.

After four months of healing, we were able to replace these with his final fixed implant bridges.

The transformation wasn’t just about his smile.

For him, the biggest difference is no longer having to wear removable dentures. 😁

He now has a fixed set of teeth that allows him to smile, speak, and eat with confidence.

And perhaps just as importantly, after everything he had experienced previously, he is no longer frightened of coming to the dentist.

Cases like this are incredibly rewarding and remind us why we love what we do.

This lovely lady came to us because she had been unhappy with her smile for some time.

She felt that her teeth were crooked and worn, experienced sensitivity, and also had a few missing teeth on the lower left side.

When we assessed her smile, we found that several of her teeth were significantly worn and rotated, and she also had a deep bite.

Importantly, however, many of her natural teeth were still healthy enough to preserve.

Our aim was therefore to keep as many of her own teeth as possible while improving both the appearance and function of her smile.

We started by using Invisalign to straighten the teeth and improve her deep bite.

Once the teeth were in a better position, we enhanced her smile with a combination of cosmetic crowns and veneers on the upper arch.

Dental implants were also placed to replace the missing teeth on the lower left side and improve her chewing function. 😁

This lovely lady came to us hoping to find a solution for fixed teeth.

She had suffered from gum disease for many years and unfortunately, most of her remaining teeth had become increasingly mobile.

Following a comprehensive assessment, including a 3D CT scan, it became clear that her remaining teeth could not be predictably restored.

After discussing the different options with her, we decided to proceed with full‑mouth dental implant rehabilitation.

We carefully planned her treatment using photographs and digital scans, designing her new smile in advance.

On the day of surgery, her remaining teeth were removed, dental implants were placed, and she was able to leave the practice with a set of fixed temporary implant bridges.

After approximately four to five months of healing, the temporary bridges were replaced with her final cosmetic zirconia implant bridges giving her a natural‑looking, confident smile and, importantly, fixed teeth again.

She was delighted with the final result and very happy with the positive difference the treatment has made to her smile, confidence, and everyday life.😁

This gentleman came to us feeling unhappy with his smile.

He had a few missing teeth along with some older veneers, and he was looking for a more complete and confident smile.

After discussing the different options, we planned a comprehensive smile makeover.

His existing veneers were replaced, while the gaps from missing teeth were restored using a combination of carefully designed cosmetic crowns and bridges.

A dental implant was also placed to replace a missing tooth on the lower right side.

To complement the new restorations and create a more harmonious overall result, we also carried out teeth whitening for the lower arch.

The end result was a natural‑looking, balanced smile that he was extremely pleased with.😁

More importantly, he felt the treatment had made a real difference to his confidence - which, for us, is one of the most rewarding parts of a smile transformation like this.

He had several loose teeth and had previously tried dentures, but unfortunately struggled with them and never found a solution he was satisfied with.

He had been researching implant treatment and searching for the right clinic across the country.

Thanks to the internet, he discovered us despite living quite a distance away and travelled to our practice for a consultation.

Following a detailed examination and assessment, we found that his remaining teeth had a poor prognosis and were not considered predictably restorable.

After discussing the available options, we decided together to proceed with full‑arch implant rehabilitation.

His remaining teeth were carefully removed, implants were placed, and fixed provisional teeth were provided on the same day.

After approximately 4 to 5 months of healing, we progressed to his final long‑term implant‑supported bridges.

The transformation has made a significant difference not only to his smile but also to his confidence.

He has been delighted with the result and, equally importantly, has been taking excellent care of his new smile.😁

A lovely example of how full‑arch implant treatment can help the right patient move from struggling with failing teeth and dentures to enjoying a stable, fixed smile again.

This patient came to us unhappy with her smile.

Her upper lateral incisors were in crossbite and she also had some old, discoloured composite fillings on her upper central incisors that affected the overall appearance of her teeth.

Following a comprehensive assessment, we recommended a minimally invasive smile makeover.

We used Invisalign to gently straighten and align her teeth, correcting the crossbite and creating an ideal foundation for the final cosmetic result.

Once the orthodontic treatment was complete, we replaced the old restorations with carefully sculpted composite bonding to enhance the shape, colour, and symmetry of her smile.

The result is a natural, beautifully balanced smile achieved while preserving as much of her natural tooth structure as possible.

She was delighted with the outcome and now smiles with confidence.😁

This patient came to us unhappy with his remaining teeth which had become loose and made it difficult for him to eat comfortably.

Following a comprehensive assessment, we developed a personalised treatment plan using full‑arch dental implants.

Using digital smile design, intraoral scans, and 3D cone beam CT imaging, we carefully planned every stage of his treatment.

His remaining teeth were gently removed, dental implants were placed, and he left the same day with a fixed temporary set of teeth, allowing him to smile and function with confidence throughout the healing period.

After 3 months, once the implants had fully integrated, his temporary bridge was replaced with a custom‑made full‑arch zirconia implant bridge.

As he has a history of teeth grinding (bruxism), we selected a titanium‑reinforced zirconia restoration, with a precision‑engineered titanium bar beneath the zirconia to provide exceptional strength and long‑term durability.

The result is a strong, happy smile that has restored both his confidence and his ability to enjoy eating again.

He is delighted with the outcome.😁
