This patient came to us unhappy with her smile.

Her upper lateral incisors were in crossbite and she also had some old, discoloured composite fillings on her upper central incisors that affected the overall appearance of her teeth.

Following a comprehensive assessment, we recommended a minimally invasive smile makeover.

We used Invisalign to gently straighten and align her teeth, correcting the crossbite and creating an ideal foundation for the final cosmetic result.

Once the orthodontic treatment was complete, we replaced the old restorations with carefully sculpted composite bonding to enhance the shape, colour, and symmetry of her smile.

The result is a natural, beautifully balanced smile achieved while preserving as much of her natural tooth structure as possible.

This patient came to us unhappy with his remaining teeth which had become loose and made it difficult for him to eat comfortably.

Following a comprehensive assessment, we developed a personalised treatment plan using full‑arch dental implants.

Using digital smile design, intraoral scans, and 3D cone beam CT imaging, we carefully planned every stage of his treatment.

His remaining teeth were gently removed, dental implants were placed, and he left the same day with a fixed temporary set of teeth, allowing him to smile and function with confidence throughout the healing period.

After 3 months, once the implants had fully integrated, his temporary bridge was replaced with a custom‑made full‑arch zirconia implant bridge.

As he has a history of teeth grinding (bruxism), we selected a titanium‑reinforced zirconia restoration, with a precision‑engineered titanium bar beneath the zirconia to provide exceptional strength and long‑term durability.

The result is a strong, happy smile that has restored both his confidence and his ability to enjoy eating again.

Some of her restorations were over 30 years old and after spending several decades living abroad, she returned to the UK seeking to refresh her smile.

Following a comprehensive examination, we found that while some of her lower back teeth were badly decayed and unfortunately beyond repair, the remaining crowned teeth had healthy root support and could be restored.

We developed a personalised treatment plan that combined a cosmetic smile makeover with dental implants.

The old crowns and bridges were replaced with beautifully crafted new ceramic restorations, while the unrestorable lower molars were removed and replaced with dental implants.
