It was such a special evening celebrating the incredible people behind our practice, the dedication that goes into what we do every day, and, most importantly, the patients who trust us with their smiles. ❤️

These awards are a wonderful recognition of the hard work, passion and care our whole team puts into making every patient experience as positive as possible.

We’re heading to Bristol for the Todays Dental Awards! 🏆💙

We’re incredibly proud to have our team and the work we’ve been doing recognised, and we’re so excited to celebrate with everyone tomorrow night.

Now all that’s left to do is cross our fingers, enjoy the evening… and hopefully bring an award back to Frome! 🏆🤞

A Quick Reminder for Our Practice Plan Patients

We know that dental problems don't always wait for a routine appointment, so we want to make sure you know what to expect if you ever need to see us urgently. 💙

Our Practice Plan covers your routine preventative dental care, but emergency appointments and emergency assessments are not automatically included.

An emergency assessment is not covered when the problem is not related to recent treatment carried out at Catherine Court Dentistry or not part of an ongoing course of treatment with us.

For a new or unrelated dental problem, the assessment fees are:

🦷 Adult Practice Plan patients — £73.60
🦷 Child Practice Plan patients — £46.00

💳 Booking an emergency appointment

The applicable fee needs to be secured when booking the appointment. Depending on the circumstances, this may be 100% upfront or 50% upfront.

And importantly, if you need to cancel, 24 hours' notice is required for the payment to be refunded. 💙

If you're ever unsure whether your emergency is covered by your Practice Plan, please speak to our reception team before booking. We'll be happy to explain what applies to your situation and make sure you know what to expect.
