This case shows a full-arch implant treatment for a patient who presented with loose upper teeth, a failing upper bridge, multiple missing teeth, and difficulty chewing. The patient also reported being unable to comfortably wear removable dentures. Following a full clinical assessment, a phased treatment approach was carried out including removal of non-restorable teeth, placement of upper implants, a lower left implant solution, and a prototype bridge stage to assess fit and function before the final restorations were completed.
The final restoration included a fixed upper implant bridge supported by six implants and a lower left implant bridge supported by three implants, designed to help restore function and appearance where appropriate.
Treatment provided by Dr. Basil Mashkour, GDC No. 82559.
