We have a position open for a Dental Nursing Apprenticeship with aim to retain successful candidate as permanent staff at end of apprenticeship at our dental practice. We are a private dental practice in Exeter with care and quality at the heart of our practice.

We are seeking an ambitious, hardworking person to join our team.

Applicants must be able to use their own initiative, quick to learn, hard working and caring.

Dental Nursing is a fulfilling career path whose role it is to help the dentist or hygienist with all clinical aspects in the surgery. This list includes but it not limited to:

Provide chair side assistance during all dental procedures
Welcoming and taking care of patients.
Working closely alongside the dentist or hygienist in a professional and appropriate manner.
Updating patient records and taking notes.
Cleaning practice areas to a high standard, maintaining strict cross infection controls.
Preparing the surgery including instruments and materials for treatments/procedures.
Carrying out reception and administrative tasks as and when required.
You must have GCSE’s in English Language and Maths at grades C/4 or above. You must also have a legal right to work and reside in the UK.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Wages:

£10- £12/ hr
