To the little girl I used to be.

I truly do think of you often.

You didn’t know you’d become a dentist. Well, actually, you did. You always knew that. It was in the stars. ✨

You didn’t know you’d bring four of the most beautiful babies into this world, and that they would summon an inner strength in you that you never knew was possible.

Sometimes I wonder if I failed her.
But then I remind myself that the life she thought she would live is simply different. Not bad. Just different.

The universe is going to test you, my darling. And some doors will be slammed shut in your face. Not to punish you, but to protect you, guide you and redirect you towards where you’re meant to be.

But you kept going. Even on the darkest days 🖤

And those four little faces you haven’t met yet? Oh my goodness the way they look at you. They’re going to give you a reason to keep going. Every single day. ❤️

I’m still working it all out.
Still dreaming.
Still becoming.

But I hope she’d be proud of me. 🤍

This post has absolutely nothing to do with aesthetics… but it’s something I’m genuinely really proud of, so I wanted to share it with you all. 🤍

On 4th June, I set myself the goal of doing 10 chin-ups.

12 weeks later… I did it 🥹💪🏻

At the start, I could barely do one. It’s wild how quickly something that feels completely impossible can become possible when you just keep showing up.

We really are all capable of so much more than we think.

And I absolutely could not have done it without the maestro himself, James 🙌🏻

If you need someone to whip you into shape, push you out of your comfort zone and get you results in 12 weeks… he’s your man. 🔥
