🦷 Beverley’s smile design 🦷
Bev has been a patient at the practice for many years and for a long time disliked the appearance of her teeth, hiding them with her hand when laughing. She decided to bite the bullet and go for a smile upgrade. Carefully planned with Avant Garde Laboratory due to an awkward bite, we ended up with 4 zirconia crowns and 4 zirconia veneers to achieve a lovely natural looking result for her.
Now she can’t stop beaming 😁

💖 Show some love for the lowers 💖
Most of the time patients want their upper teeth changed as these are most visible, but for this patient the spacing on her lower arch was the main concern.
1 resin bonded bridge and 5 teeth treated with composite bonding to close the spacing and level the alignment slightly.

🦷 When a filling isn’t just ‘a filling’ 🦷
This LR6 had a big old amalgam that had fractured round the edges and had decay beneath. Dam on, cleaned out the old filling and decay. Second image can see how deep it is subgingival. Third image, gingivectomy performed, fourth deep margin elevation band on. Fifth image with double curve Tor VM matrix positioned and sixth, the finished article. That one made me sweat 😅
