Do you have sensitive teeth? Try these ways to look after your teeth and improve sensitivity.
• Use a toothpaste formulated for sensitive teeth
• Opt for a soft bristled toothbrush over a hard-bristled toothbrush. Brush for a full 2 minutes and use fluoride mouthwash daily to strengthen enamel
• Avoid highly acidic foods & drinks. These can worsen sensitivity and erode enamel
• After each meal, wait at least 30 minutes before brushing to allow the enamel time to harden again. This avoids pushing acids further into the teeth and gums which can cause erosion.
