“I’ve had my teeth whitened before and didn’t see a difference.”

So when this client told me that before her appointment, I completely understood why she was feeling unsure.

One of the first things I asked was whether her previous whitening technician had explained what to expect from the treatment and the whitening journey itself.

Before we even started, we talked through the whole process, what results were realistic, and what we were aiming to achieve.

I never want clients going into an appointment unsure of what’s happening or what kind of results they may see.

Fast forward 60 minutes... 👀✨

Not only did she achieve a fantastic shade lift, but we managed to take her from around a shade 14 all the way to around an S4 on the guide.

Considering she previously felt whitening hadn’t worked for her at all, it’s safe to say she was shocked.

Even better, when we held the shade guide up afterwards, both sisters were staring at the result in disbelief 😍

I think when you build something from the ground up yourself, you naturally start noticing how much the little things matter.

The atmosphere.
The energy people feel when they walk in.
How comfortable someone feels around you.
How they leave afterwards.

And honestly, I think that’s why I care so much about the experience behind every appointment.

Because treatments like teeth whitening are rarely ever just about teeth.

A lot of the time, it’s someone finally wanting to feel confident smiling properly in photos again.
Wanting their composite bonding to match better.
Wanting stains they’ve become insecure about gone before a holiday, wedding, night out, or big moment in their life.

And I understand that.
