This lovely patient was referred by her dentist for implant treatment due to the poor prognosis of her remaining teeth caused by advanced gum disease.

Treatment plan:
• Removal of the upper teeth and placement of an immediate full-arch bridge supported by 6 implants
• Removal of the lower teeth and placement of an immediate full-arch bridge supported by 5 implants
Following 3–5 months of healing, permanent full-arch bridges were fitted for both the upper and lower jaws.

The result?
✔ Restored function and the ability to enjoy food properly again
✔ A confident, full smile
✔ No more hiding her smile or speaking with her mouth closed
