Always remember to brush your teeth minimum TWICE per day & floss at night to ensure you remove food etc that may be trapped in between your teeth. Mouthwash can be used throughout the day whenever you feel you need to freshen up. You may have heard us rave about using Electric Toothbrushes, alongside with Waterpik Flosser.
