This recognition means so much to our small team. It reflects the work that goes on behind the scenes to provide supportive, high-quality dental nurse training that works alongside real-life employment in practice.

A huge thank you to our learners, dental practices, workplace teams, tutors, assessors and IQA team. Every learner who qualifies, every practice that supports them and every person who contributes behind the scenes has helped shape Infills Academy into what it is today.

Meet Marisa 👋

Next up in our Meet the Team series is Marisa, our IQA, helping to make sure our assessment processes and standards stay exactly where they should be.

Marisa's route into dentistry wasn't exactly planned! She was working in a travel agency when she booked a holiday for a dental practice manager, who then tempted her away from the travel desk and into dental nursing and reception.

Fast forward to today and she's an important part of the Infills team, working behind the scenes to maintain quality across the Academy.

- What does she love about working with Infills?
The supportive team and the flexibility.

-Her advice for learners?
Create a sustainable study plan that fits around real life — something you can actually stick to.

-Something you might not know?
Marisa used to perform on stage, can play the flute (although apparently not quite as well these days!) and is a self-confessed chocolate addict.

-Tea or coffee?
Definitely tea. Lady Grey if possible, although Yorkshire Tea's Malty Biscuit is also a favourite.

We're very glad to have Marisa keeping an expert eye on quality behind the scenes. 💙
