A worn-out toothbrush doesn’t clean your teeth. It only pretends to. 🪥
When the bristles are bent and splayed out:
– the toothbrush removes plaque less effectively,
– it struggles to reach between teeth,
– it scrubs the gums harder instead of cleaning properly,
– and it becomes a perfect place for bacteria and moisture to build up.
The result?
More tartar, stains, gum inflammation, and dental problems that eventually need treatment.
If your toothbrush looks like it survived a battlefield… it’s time to replace it 😅
📌 A toothbrush should generally be replaced every 2–3 months.
📌 Even sooner if the bristles are deformed or after an illness/cold.
Quick test:
Is your toothbrush still cleaning… or just living off its former glory?
