Butchered so much that the integrity of the buccal aspect of the check teeth have been completely compromised.

Case from yesterday which was seen just a few weeks ago by an unqualified guy using hand floats,
make sure your dental practitioner is qualified as your horse insurance will be void if a dental related claim is required. 🦷🐴🦷
