🚨 Appointment Attendance & Cancellation Policy Reminder 🚨

Our dental team is working extremely hard to accommodate patients as best as we can, and we kindly ask for your support in attending booked appointments.

Late cancellations and failed-to-attend appointments have a significant impact on our clinicians, who are very busy and have many other patients who could have been seen in that time. These appointment slots are valuable, and when left unused, it affects the care we can provide.

🔹 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
🔹 Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not attended, will incur a charge

💷 Charges are £1 per clinical minute
• 20-minute appointment = £20
• 30-minute appointment = £30

🔹 Any outstanding charge must be paid in full before rebooking.

These charges help cover costs and are standard practice in most dental surgeries.
