We understand that many people are nervous about visiting the dentist. For this reason, our qualified dentists and dental nurses always create a friendly and relaxing environment to help put you at ease. We pride ourselves on putting people first and aim to provide a quality service that doesn't just meet your expectations but exceeds them every time. Additional care can be provided privately if it is not available on the NHS. We also offer a range of cosmetic treatments. Please discuss this with your dentist when visiting. We are looking for a fully qualified and GDC registered Dental Nurse to join our team here at Waterside Dental Care.
Trainee applicants may be considered.

We are a busy, mixed NHS/Private practice down at City Quay in Dundee.

The ideal candidate is to be friendly with a professional chairside manner and have excellent communication skills. Reception duties will be required full training will be provided.

29th & 30th - Normal working hours 8.30am to 5.30pm
31st December - Emergency appointments only 8.30am to 1pm
1st & 2nd January - CLOSED
5th January 2026 - Normal working hours resume at 8.30am

There are weather warnings in place across Scotland for 24th January.

Currently, Dundee is in the Amber warning zone, and we plan to open as normal. However we will be monitoring the situation very closely and we may have to close the the practice at short notice if this changes.

We would ask all patients with appointments for tomorrow to travel with extreme care when coming to appointments.
