We are looking for a fully qualified and GDC registered Dental Nurse to join our team here at Waterside Dental Care.
Trainee applicants may be considered.

We are a busy, mixed NHS/Private practice down at City Quay in Dundee.

The ideal candidate is to be friendly with a professional chairside manner and have excellent communication skills. Reception duties will be required full training will be provided.

There are weather warnings in place across Scotland for 24th January.

Currently, Dundee is in the Amber warning zone, and we plan to open as normal. However we will be monitoring the situation very closely and we may have to close the the practice at short notice if this changes.

We would ask all patients with appointments for tomorrow to travel with extreme care when coming to appointments.

We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient on our waiting list.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will now be subject to a cancellation fee of £30. No-shows without prior notification will incur £30 onto their record, and no future appointments made unless balance is paid.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our patients. We have been very lenient in previous years with cancellations and no shows, however in recent months there have been too many which leaves us with no choice but to charge a small fee to prevent more time being wasted in practice.

In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We MAY be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
